4. WIKI catalog number
5. link to trader page - is always trader_country name
6. A link or name of entry creator/sponsor

Each country should be entered on the Main Catalog Index page under the country list, as well as under the geographical area for that country.

Trader pages should be listed in the same manner in the Marketplace Index.
